The luxury German sports car manufacturer Porsche is not a company to sit on their laurels and watch the world go by. Even in with the current economic uncertainty, Porsche are bucking the trend and seeing there vehicles excel in sales around the globe.
Ever since the first Porsche cars were exported outside of Germany across Europe and to the USA they immediately have had a loyal following. First with the Porsche 356 in the early 1950's and then again in the 1960's with the now cult classic 911 model, Porsche have always kept their fan base wanting for more.
So it's no surprise to find this prestigious German sports car company has some new models up its sleeve for 2012, as well as some new cars featuring new technology on the horizon too.

Probably the most talked about car from Porsche this year is the new Porsche 911 (or 991 as its also referred as) and will be initially featured in two models, the Carrera and the Carrera S. The 911 is still the fundamental lifeblood of the Porsche sports car range and most of the range has adopted styling influences from the 911, as you can see glimpses of this across the line up.
